Volvo TR670 1935 generation TR701-704 (1935 - Under 30-talet så föll även Volvo för den ”strömlinjeformade” trenden och 1935 så introducerades PV36 – en modell som allmänt är känd som ”Carioca”. PV36 kom med delad hjulupphägning i framvagnen med länkarmar och spiralfjädrar samt en väldigt tålig stålkaross, Karossen såg inte bara modern ut, den var även väldigt säker – vilket visades i allvarliga skador.
